User Research Intern

We are seeking a User Research Intern to join our team. As a User Research Intern, you will play a key role in helping us understand our users' needs and preferences. You will work closely with our UX/UI design and product development teams, conducting research studies, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights that inform the user-centered design process.

• Assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and create research plans.
• Recruit participants for research studies and ensure a diverse and representative sample.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them to the team.
• Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.
• Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to inform product improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research methodologies.

• Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in user research, usability testing, and UX design principles.
• Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, or survey software is a plus.
